At QuickPlate, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (downloadable eBooks), all sales are considered final once the file has been delivered.

However, we do offer refunds under the following conditions only:

  • The delivered content is clearly different from what is described on the product page.

  • The file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened or downloaded.

  • A technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing the product.

Refund Request Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Provide a clear explanation of the issue, including screenshots when applicable.

  • Not abuse the refund policy or submit repeated unjustified refund requests.

Refund Processing

  • All refund requests are reviewed manually within 3–5 business days.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after the file has been downloaded.

  • Personal preferences or dissatisfaction not related to the product description.

  • Failure to read the product description before purchase.
